Then when Catie went down for her morning nap, I broke out Birch. Last night I was quite frustrated with this project. I wasn't sure I didn't screw up on the first row or two. I went on to knit Row 3, and I did a little happy dance when it worked out right. I'm right on track. Finally. And here's the little halo of silk and mohair to prove it.
Later in the afternoon we went to Barnes and Noble. Site of our first date. AAAWWW. I bought the new Interweave Knits and The Shop on Blossom Street. Yes it's fluff. But right now I need a little fluff in my life. Sometimes a mindless read is just what the doctor ordered.

I like to call my fluff reading "brain candy." Sure, it doesn't have a lot of nutritional value, but it can certainly be part of a balanced diet.
George, nice to see you come though for the first mothers day. Well played, sir.
What a great site, how do you build such a cool site, its excellent.
